Discovery call

Nick will reach out to book a 30 minute call. You'll talk through what's been happening, what you've tried, what keeps breaking, and what structure would actually hold. No hard sell, just a real conversation.

Build and train

If it's a fit, you start. Coaching clients get their full program within 5 days. PT clients get their first session booked. Weekly check-ins keep everything calibrated to what your body's doing.

No hype. No vague promises. Just the things you need to know before you enquire.

Who is this for?

This is for people who are serious about rebuilding their body, routine and discipline, whether you're starting again, coming back after years off, or already training but lacking structure. Beginners through to experienced lifters are welcome. We do not sell flashy 6-week transformations. We build standards that last.

What's the difference between Coaching and 1on1 PT?

1on1 PT is coached gym sessions, billed per session. You show up, we run the work. STEALTH Coaching is full programming. You get a written program, nutrition plan, and a weekly check-in. You run the program yourself in your own gym. Many clients run both: coaching for the program, 1on1 for the heavy days.

Do I need to be in your gym?

For 1on1, Duo, and Bootcamp: yes. For STEALTH Coaching, Standard, and One-off Programs: no. Coaching clients run their program in whatever gym they have access to. We program around the equipment you have.

Do pack sessions expire?

No. Use them when your schedule allows. We expect most 10-packs to run over 2–3 months at a normal training cadence, but life happens.

What happens after I book a call?

Nick reads every form personally and reaches out within 24 hours to set up a 20–30 minute discovery call. We talk through your goal, training history, injuries, schedule, and equipment access. If it's a fit, you start. Coaching programs are delivered within 5 days, PT clients get their first session booked.

Can I switch between programs?

Yes. People move up to coaching from Standard, drop down to a one-off program during busy stretches, or add 1on1 sessions to their coaching block. Programs are designed to fit alongside each other. Tell us where you're at and we'll work it out.

Do you do nutrition coaching standalone?

No. Nutrition is bundled into STEALTH Coaching because programming and nutrition work as one system. We don't sell macros calculators or meal plans without a training context.
