The terms covering coaching, personal training, classes, and programs delivered by STEALTH Conditioning.
These Terms & Conditions apply when you apply for, book, or use any STEALTH Conditioning service — including coaching, 1on1 personal training, duo training, bootcamp classes, the STEALTH Squad membership, and one-off programs. By applying or paying for a service, you agree to these terms.
STEALTH Conditioning is an Australian strength, conditioning, and long-term health coaching service led by Nick Hogan ("Nick"). We provide programming, nutrition guidance, in-person training, group classes, and an online community.

STEALTH Conditioning offers:
To start with any STEALTH Conditioning service, you complete the application form. Nick reads every application personally and reaches out within 48 hours to set up a short discovery call (usually 20–30 minutes).
The discovery call is a conversation to understand your goal, training history, schedule, and any health considerations. Submitting the form or attending a call does not create a contract — your engagement begins only when you accept a written quote or confirm enrolment and the first payment is processed.
1on1, Duo, and Bootcamp sessions are booked at scheduled times agreed with Nick. Please arrive ready to train at the agreed start time. Late arrival shortens your session — the session ends at the scheduled finish.
For Duo sessions, both participants must have an active credit (single or pack) to book the session.
You may reschedule a 1on1, Duo, or Bootcamp session with at least 24 hours' notice and we will move it to another agreed slot at no cost.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited at our discretion. Repeated late cancellations may lead us to discontinue the service.
If we have to cancel a session, we will reschedule it or credit your account in full.
1on1, Duo, and Bootcamp 10-packs are prepaid and discounted by 10% off the single-session rate. Pack sessions do not expire — you can use them when your schedule allows.
Pack credits are non-transferable between people without our written agreement, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be split between different program types.
STEALTH Coaching is offered as a rolling monthly subscription ($500/month) or a 12-week upfront block ($1,500). Both deliver the same program and the same $125 per week effective rate.
Rolling monthly subscriptions are billed each month on the date you started. You may cancel at any time and your coaching continues until the end of the current billing month.
The 12-week block runs for 12 weeks from the start date. It is paid upfront and is non-refundable once your program has been delivered.
STEALTH Squad is a month-to-month community membership ($48/month). You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing month.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. Payment is accepted via Stripe (card) or bank transfer. Card payments may attract a surcharge to cover Stripe processing fees, which is disclosed at checkout.
Late or failed payments may pause coaching, programs, or session access until the balance is resolved.
Single sessions are non-refundable once booked but may be rescheduled within the cancellation policy above.
10-packs are refundable for unused sessions, minus a 10% administration fee, within 14 days of purchase.
The 12-week coaching block is non-refundable once the program has been delivered to you.
Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for partial months; cancelling stops the next billing cycle.
Where Australian Consumer Law provides additional rights (for example, services not delivered with due care and skill), those rights apply.
Training carries inherent risk. Strength training, conditioning, and exercise can cause injury. You participate at your own risk.
Before starting any STEALTH Conditioning service you must disclose any medical condition, injury, current or recent surgery, pregnancy, cardiovascular condition, blood pressure issue, joint problem, or other relevant health matter that may affect your ability to train safely.
You must also notify Nick promptly if any new injury, illness, or health condition arises during your engagement with us.
We recommend you obtain clearance from your doctor or healthcare provider before starting any strength or conditioning program — particularly if you are returning from injury, pregnant or post-natal, managing a chronic condition, or over 40 and starting a new training routine.
STEALTH Conditioning is not a substitute for medical care. We are not doctors, physiotherapists, or dietitians.
Programming and nutrition guidance from STEALTH Conditioning is general fitness coaching tailored to your stated goals, history, and preferences. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or dietetic counselling.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom during training, stop immediately and consult a qualified medical professional.
By engaging STEALTH Conditioning, you acknowledge that training involves physical exertion and inherent risk of injury, and you accept that risk. To the extent permitted by law, you release STEALTH Conditioning and Nick Hogan from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from training or use of programs, except where caused by our negligence or breach of consumer guarantees under Australian law.
We expect respectful, considerate behaviour in all sessions, group classes, online channels, and communications. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.
From time to time we may take photos or video during training, classes, or events for our website, Instagram (@stealth.conditioning, @nickhogann), or other marketing. We will not feature you, your name, or your results in identifiable content without your explicit consent.
You may opt in or out of being featured at any time by emailing us. If you do not wish to appear, please let us know in advance.
Programs, training content, written materials, videos, and resources produced by STEALTH Conditioning remain the intellectual property of STEALTH Conditioning. They are provided to you for personal use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share your program, nutrition plan, or other STEALTH content with third parties without written permission.
Information you share with us — training history, health information, body composition, nutrition habits, goals — is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service or by law. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store personal information.
Routine communication happens by email and direct message. Coaching clients receive a scheduled weekly check-in. Between check-ins, Nick aims to respond to messages within one business day.
We may suspend or terminate any service for non-payment, breach of these terms, conduct issues, or where continuing the service is unsafe (for example, an undisclosed health condition that puts you at risk).
You may end any non-prepaid service at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund rules above.
To the extent permitted by law, STEALTH Conditioning's liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the services we provide is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State or Territory in Australia in which STEALTH Conditioning operates. The Australian courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version is published on this page with the updated date shown above. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated by email.
